Rolling bearing analysis

 

The MESYS rolling bearing calculation determines the load distribution within the bearing and the bearing life according ISO/TS 16281. Therefore the influence of tilting angles or bearing clearance on bearing life can be evaluated.

The load distribution and life of ball screws is calculated similar to ISO/TS 16281 . This allows to consider radial forces and moment load in addition to axial forces.

The FEA based calculation for axial-radial-roller bearings allows to consider the deformation of rings for the load distribution within the bearing. Axial-, radial-, angular- and cross-roller bearings are supported so far.

The MESYS Calculation Software is now available for OS X

Version 12-2015 of MESYS Calculation Software is now also available for OS X. Currently only the single license is available, the network license will follow. I contrast to the Windows-version reports are only available in PDF format, not in DOC/DOCX/XLS-Formats.
