For axial-radial-roller bearings (three row slewing rings) a new calculation software is available which is considering the deformations of the bearings rings.The geometry of the axial symmetric parts can be defined by a polygon and multiple rows of axial or radial cylindrical roller bearings can be added. Pretension of bolts can be considered. For large slewing rings or turntables deformation of the whole bearing can be taken into account and information about the bearing stiffness is returned.
As results the load distribution in the bearing, the bearing life, the displacements of the bearing rings or the stiffness of the system are available.More Information is available here.
