The dynamic load number is used for the calculation of bearing life. It is calculated according (ISO 281, 2007) with factor fc according ( ISO/TR 1281-1, 2008). The factor bm can be influenced for filling slot bearings using the options dialog for the bearing type (
-button behind bearing type). If the option for hybrid bearing is selected in the options dialog, the dynamic load capacity is calculated according to (ISO 20056-1, 2017), leading to larger bm and smaller fc, but unchanged load capacity compared to steel bearings.
The dynamic load number can be influenced by a modification factor available at material properties.
