If this option is set, the dynamic load capacity is calculated using the exponent 0.86 in equation 8 of (ISO 3408-5, 2006). If the option is not set, the exponent 0.7 is used as in (ISO 281, 2007), ( ISO/TR 1281-1, 2008) or (Lundberg, et al., 1947).
